Harness the power of yoga nidra for deep relaxation and healing.

Why practice yoga nidra?

I personally use this practice for relaxation, stress recovery and to strengthen my life’s purpose. I have witnessed the benefits not only in myself but others too.
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a powerful meditation practice that promotes self awareness and deep relaxation. It is a systemic form of guided meditation based on self-inquiry.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique where the mind remains conscious during the normally “unconscious” state associated with deep sleep. Usually practiced in a lying down position , it is one of the more popular yoga meditation techniques, because it induces a profoundly deep state of rest.  Yoga Nidra is a technique that carries awareness deep into you, layer by layer. During this process there is a
‘withdrawing from the senses’’.  In Sanskrit it is called  pratyahara. The pratyahara of Yoga Nidra induces deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra takes your awareness deep into parts of you that tension often prevents you from accessing. As you systematically relax each part of your physical body, connect with your breath and move your awareness to subtle layers, emotions and the deeper mind, you will relax and rejuvenate your whole self. By tapping into your sub conscious, you gain access to innate knowledge and wisdom that can positively transform your life. Within you lie strengths, abilities and energies that you can use for healing and improving your life in many ways.

I look forward to sharing this powerful practice with you.
