In our studio you will find hot & regular temp yoga classes, and meditation and specialty classes (think Floating Yoga or Yoga on the Wall). Our fitness options include TRX, Activ WOD (a circuit style workout), on demand cycle and open gym.

We cater to all levels of yogi or fitness enthusiast. We are all a beginner at one time, and the beginning is just that – a great start to a journey you will grow to love, we promise! Gentler or beginner friendly classes include Yoga Fundamentals, Hot Yin and Mysore. If you’re already active and ready to challenge yourself further – we’ve got you covered with Hot Power classes or TRX Full Body workouts to get you moving and sweating!
Whatever you’re looking for, we’ve got it – gentle, mindful, challenging, sweaty, strengthening – we work to address both mind & body.

Showers towels and yoga mats are always included. Enjoy our spacious change room facilities with rain showers, coded lockers (no lock required) and all the shower amenities – shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers, straighteners, etc. All you need to do is show up.

Monday through Friday we offer staggered lunch time classes that fit well into the workday: 12pm hot yoga, 12:15pm TRX and 12:30 regular temp yoga. These classes are 45min long to allow you get to class and back to work in good time. Find our full class schedule at https://yogapublic.com/schedule/
