Each day the TRX Classes focus on a different muscle group. The programming carefully alternates muscle focus to ensure that your body gets a balanced workout and proper time for recovery.
Mondays – TRX Arms & Core
Tuesdays – TRX Butt & Legs
Wednesdays – TRX Chest, Back & Core
Thursdays – TRX CORE
Fridays + Saturdays + Sundays – TRX Full Body
Activ WOD (Workout of the Day)
40 minute circuits weekdays: Mondays/Wednesdays 5:30-6:10pm, Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:05-6:45pm, Fridays 4:45-5:25pm
Activ WOD is a circuit style class incorporating free weights, body weight exercises and high intensity interval training! We begin with a 5 minute warmup followed by a 25-35 minute circuit. Full-body and open to all levels!
On Demand Cycle
On demand peloton cycle allows you to sweat it out any time of day! Select from a library of high energy classes and instructors to keep you motivated through intense cardio cycle workouts. Choose your instructor and the length and style of your ride – or, get your timing right and join a live streamed class where instructors can view your metrics and call you out on your performance!
We provide the proprietary clip in shoes, you bring your headphones and get ready to sweat.
