What NOT to Expect – A 100% serious drill-Sargeant-style workout where you’re not allowed to laugh and have fun. You’ll be pushed and pulled way beyond your limits but not at the expense of having a great time.

What to Expect – Results! When you get your workout and your meal plans customized for you and have someone who cares enough about you to keep you accountable, results aren’t just possible, they’re inevitable.

What NOT to Expect – The same workouts over and over again. Variety is key if you want to maximize results and stay consistent.

Partner Training

What to Expect – The chance to see what you’re really made of by competing against someone you both love and love to beat.

What NOT to Expect – A relaxed, non-competitive environment where you can take it easy and get away with it. You’ll have both Coach Carl and your partner ensuring you get much more than your money’s worth.

Mind Over Body Bootcamps (aka MOBBs)

What to Expect – An insanely fun, driven, and connected community of competitive killers coupled with incomparable coaching for the truest of fitness enthusiasts.

What NOT to Expect – A boring walk in the park where you’re left thinking, “Well that was a waste of time.”

Giulia De Leo

Personal Trainer

Giulia has enjoyed a lifelong passion in promoting and living a healthy lifestyle. In 2008 she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba. She provides fun, dynamic and challenging workouts as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and fitness educator. She strives to help people of all backgrounds and fitness levels enjoy long, healthy and fulfilling lives.

Giulia is the owner of De Leo Athletics. She holds the following certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, FMS Certified, Qualified TRX Trainer, Certified Power Plate Trainer and Certified Strong First Kettlebell Instructor. She has completed several yoga certifications and incorporates this knowledge into her programming to include proper mobility, stability, and recovery as essential elements of a well rounded fitness program.

Angie Pringle

Certified Personal Trainer

B.A., (Kin), CSEP-CPT, FMS, Pn1′, YYT, FRC

Angela studied at the University of Winnipeg and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology & Applied Health. In the same year she completed her Personal Training Certification through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Since graduating, Angela has become a Functional Movement Screen Specialist (FMS), a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, a Yin Yoga Instructor (YYT), Functional Range Conditioning Coach (FRC), and taken many related courses. Annually she travels to the United States for The Perform Better fitness Summit to learn and take notes from the best trainers in the world. Currently, Angela is enrolled at the University of Winnipeg as a student in the Psychology department. Her intension is to complete her undergrad and potentially work towards a Masters Degree in her spare time in the future.

Angela’s personal training experience extends from athletes to the general population. She has experience training and programming for national athletes in; synchronized swimming, badminton, and squash. Currently offering athletic programming to; volleyball, ultimate frisbee and ringette athletes.

That said, her primary focus and area of expertise is working with the general and mature populations. Yes that’s right, the older population gravitate to her high energy and effective modifications. Her eldest client recently turned 92 happier and healthy than ever!
Her movement prescription and training has taken a new shape to fill the roll of an athletic endeavour for many; showing everyone they can create their own ‘athletics’ through exercise!
