What to Expect – More sweat and strength in 30 minutes than you normally experience in an hour! Whether you want to switch up your regular routine, receive 1-on-1 coaching in a small group atmosphere or you’re simply pressed for time, this 30-minute Bootcamp will deliver more than enough bang for your buck.

What NOT to Expect – A leisurely workout with a lot of breaks. We’ve only got half an hour so breaks come in two varieties: optional and non-existent.

MOBB Boss Training

What to Expect – A fun, small-group training environment that combines the best of group motivation and inspiration with hands-on 1-on-1 Personal Training. No matter what your level of fitness is, if you want to step it up this is the place. From my more than seven years of experience, this is hands-down the most effective way to reach and surpass your personal goals.

What NOT to Expect – The same workout over and over again. Variety and fun are two critical components to achieving your fitness goals and MOBB Boss Training brings plenty of both.

1-on-1 Personal Training

What to Expect – Results! When you get your workout and your meal plans customized for you and have someone who cares enough about you to keep you accountable, results aren’t just possible, they’re inevitable.

What NOT to Expect – A drill-Sargeant-style workout. I’m not a fan of being yelled at but do like to be pushed just far enough to test myself so that’s exactly how I approach training others.

$100 per 60-minute session

Partner Training

What to Expect – The chance to see what you’re really made of by competing against someone you both love and love to beat.

What NOT to Expect – A relaxed, non-competitive environment where you can take it easy and get away with it. You’ll have both Coach Carl and your partner ensuring you get much more than your money’s worth.

Giulia De Leo

Personal Trainer

Giulia has enjoyed a lifelong passion in promoting and living a healthy lifestyle. In 2008 she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba. She provides fun, dynamic and challenging workouts as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and fitness educator. She strives to help people of all backgrounds and fitness levels enjoy long, healthy and fulfilling lives.

Giulia is the owner of De Leo Athletics. She holds the following certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, FMS Certified, Qualified TRX Trainer, Certified Power Plate Trainer and Certified Strong First Kettlebell Instructor. She has completed several yoga certifications and incorporates this knowledge into her programming to include proper mobility, stability, and recovery as essential elements of a well rounded fitness program.
